These terms govern your use of the SocioSky platform. By accessing or using SocioSky, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Blueprint" refers to a travel itinerary created by a Creator on the platform. "Seeker" refers to a user who discovers and books Blueprints. "Creator" refers to a user who uploads Blueprints.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use SocioSky. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

3. Bookings

Bookings made through SocioSky are subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying service providers (hotels, airlines, experience operators). SocioSky acts as an intermediary.

4. Creator Commissions

Creators earn commissions on bookings generated from their Blueprints. Commission rates and payout terms are as described in the Creator Dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

SocioSky is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services booked through the platform. Travel is at your own risk.
